Mechanical Injectors

Here at DSGB we have been rebuilding all types of mechanical or hydraulic
pressure injectors for over 45 years.  We have learned very early on that the nozzle
tip is where 99% of the failure would happen.
Rebuilding the injector with a new nozzle tip is important to lengthen injector life. Most of the cost of rebuilding mechanical / hydraulic injectors is in the cost of the new nozzle.
After a thorough cleaning and inspection of all parts (replace as needed)  the injector opening pressure is set and the injector is tested.
We will supply you with new Stanadyne pencil nozzle assemblies, because of the nozzle design. There is not a good way of checking the nozzle seat, much less trying to regrind this area.
