In order to meet the latest level of technology, Diesel Specialists of Green Bay has positioned itself as a leader in common rail technology. Diesel Specialists is the only Bosch authorized common rail injection dealer in Wisconsin. We are authorized to repair or completely rebuild Bosch common rail injectors and pumps. We have the Bosch 815 Test Stand with a CRI package. That test stand which uses the Bosch SST (Shot to Shot Technology), is used to calibrate our rebuilt pumps and injectors. We are located in the Green Bay area, to serve Wisconsin and the U.P. in Michigan.
State-of-the-Art Clean Room
We assemble the common rail injectors and common rail pumps in the dust-free and dirt-free clean room because dust and dirt particles can interfere with the rebuilding of our common rail pumps and injectors. Using computer-assisted technology to assemble our injectors, our highly skilled technicians assemble the injectors to Bosch specifications.
As a follow-up to the clean room assembly process, the common rail injectors are precisely calibrated on the 815 Bosch Common Rail Test Stand. The Bosch common rail repair system allows Diesel Specialists to rebuild injectors to the same standards as a new product. New IQA codes are given to all of our Bosch remanufactured common rail injectors.

We use only genuine Bosch parts in our repair and rebuild service. Injectors rebuilt and tested with the Bosch Total SST Solution are the only ones qualified to carry the genuine Bosch rebuild label. Plus, they are guaranteed to meet emissions and the OEM performance standards. We stock a full line of exchange Bosch common rail injectors and pumps. We offer remanufactured Bosch common rail injectors for Duramax, Cummins, and many other off road and industrial applications.
